We recommend reading the FAQ section:
1. What is a translation page?
The basic unit in calculating the price of a translation is a “translation page”.
In the case of sworn translations, one translation page (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Justice) equals 1125 printed characters including spaces.
In the case of ordinary translations (not sworn/certified) this equals 1800 printed characters including spaces.
Considering the above, the number of pages submitted for a translation is usually different than the number of pages according to which the settlement is done.

4. What does the certified (sworn) translation mean?
A sworn translation must be done or certified by a sworn translator, who has acquired special authority given by the Ministry of Justice. Such type of translations are most often required by courts, institutions, tax office, police, prosecutor’s office, debt collection agencies or companies organizing tenders.
Sworn translation includes not only the content of the document, but also stamps, notes, annotations, etc. Sworn translations must always be stamped and therefore must be transferred to the customer by regular mail or received in person.
5. How do I pay for the service?
We accept cash payments, fund transfers to our bank account, as well as payments via PayPal.
6. How long will the completion of the order take?
Depending on the nature of the text and language, and whether the translation has to be ordinary or sworn, our translators will perform the translations in the shortest term possible. Short, standard texts are usually translated the same day.
